The information consumers provide will only be used for participation in the Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey & Shoe Surgeon 2021 Sweepstakes and for any future communications, should you opt in. Limit one entry per day.
- Texting keyword JACKHONEY to 68405 Once you send the text message and meet all the requirements, you will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes.
- Scan the QR code located on point of sale, and once redirected to the landing page, complete and submit an entry form you will find there, including entry information and official rules. The information consumers provide will only be used for participation in the Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey & Tennessee Honey Shoe Surgeon 2021 Sweepstakes and for any future communications, should you opt in. Limit one entry per day. All entries must be received by March 31, 2021 at 11:59 pm ET.
WINNER SELECTION: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all timely received eligible entries. Drawing will be conducted on or about April 15, 2021, and winner will be notified by phone and/or email from Jack Daniel’s, on or about April 15, 2021. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
ELIGIBILITY: Must be at least 21 years of age and a US resident to be eligible. Employees of Brown-Forman, their affiliates, as well as the advertising/promotion agency, and the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible to win. Holders of wholesale or retail licenses and their employees are not eligible.
PRIZE: There will be 1 (1) Grand Prize awarded. Grand Prize consists of a trip to the “Shoe Surgeon Studio” and 1 custom pair of sneakers—prize to be awarded within one year of claiming prize. Trip includes round trip coach class airfare for winner and one (1) winner guest from airport closest to winner’s home to hotel, 3 nights hotel accommodation (standard room, double occupancy), and $500 gift card. (A.R.V. $4,995). If Brown-Forman/Jack Daniel’s determines that the winner lives within driving distance of “The Shoe Surgeon Studio”, the winner will be transported to destination via car service and the winner will not receive any differential in prize value due to change in method of transportation. Alcohol is not part of any prize. Prize value may vary depending on point of departure.
There is no substitution or transfer of prize and prize may not be redeemed for cash value. Beverage alcohol is not a part of any of the sweepstakes prize. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of prize winner. A 1099 will be issued. All hotel incidentals are the responsibility of the Prize winner. Prize is not transferable or refundable and must be accepted as awarded. Except as otherwise described herein, no prize substitutions may be made except by the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or component thereof) with another prize (or component thereof) of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sweepstakes Winner will be notified via email, phone and/or text and must execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability statement and return it in the time allotted in the notification/directions notice. Any travelling companion of the winner shall be 21 years of age or older and will be required to execute a similar affidavit and release prior to participating in any prize.
In the event the Winner cannot travel on the designated days, he/she must forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary.
CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such attempt. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law.
CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASE: Potential winner may be required to provide a mailing address to receive Prize or Prize information. Potential Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release. By accepting his or her prize, the winner: (a) releases Brown-Forman/Jack Daniel’s and their affiliated companies and licensed alcohol wholesalers and retailers from any all liability claims, action or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or connection with the use of the prizes; as well as (b) consents to the use by Brown-Forman for promotional and advertising purposes in connection with this promotion and general use of the images submitted with entries, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation. Proof of identification and verification will be required. Any traveling companion of winner must be at least 21 years of age and may be required to sign a similar release.
